The Roane County Coordinator of Technology oversees all technology purchases for the county and maintenance of these items. The director also assists in the implementation, training, and usage of technology by the staff and students of RCS.

Randy Brown is the Coordinator of Technology for Roane County Schools. He has 10 years’ experience as an electronic technician II and coordinator of technology. Randy Brown has a Bachelor’s degree in Information Technology (networking) from West Virginia University of Parkersburg. As electronic Technician II, he was recognized as the service personnel of the year in 2009.
