Plenty of notebook paper. (Wide ruled notebook paper with perforation for allowing papers to be torn out of notebook without mess is always helpful)
	Plenty of pencils
	Ruler
	A pencil box with glue, scissors, large pink eraser, and crayons
	Third and fourth grade teachers allow markers and colored pencils
