RIGHT TO REQUEST TEACHER AND PARAPROFESSIONAL

QUALIFICATIONS

In accordance with Section 1118 of the No Child Left Behind Act of 2001, parents of children in a Title 1 school have the right to request information about the qualification of their child's teachers and/or paraprofessionals. This information will be made available to you upon request from the school principal.

If English is not the primary language spoken in the home or if other issues prevent parents/guardians from understanding information sent home by the school, please contact the Title 1 Staff or principle at your school to request.
